Contractual information is presented in French and English language. AU FIL DE LA LAME-THE EDGE reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom
there would be a litigation relating to the payment of a former order.
ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION
When you state by email that you accept the order following the response to the form of quotation, you state to fully accept this one as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale and without reserve. The data recorded by AU FIL DE LA LAME-THE EDGE constitute the proof of the whole transactions passed by AU FIL DE LA LAME-THE EDGE and its customers.
ARTICLE 4 - DISPONIBILITY
Our offers of products are proposed within the limit of stocks available and our times of realization and of the availabilities of raw materials specific. Indications on the availability of the products are provided to you by email. In the event of unavailability of product after making of your order, we will inform you by email or mail as soon as possible. You will be able to, then, request the cancellation or the exchange of your order at "info@aufildelalame.com".

The creations are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated during the process of order. AU FIL DE LA LAME-THE EDGE could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery. |
| 5.2 - Delivery problems | You will have to also announce your reserves by email at "info@aufildelalame.com" within the two working days according to the reception of the articles in Metropolitan France. If the products require to be returned to us, they must be it in the two wrought days according to the delivery. Any complaint formulated out of this time couldn't be accepted. The return of the product could be accepted only for the products in their state of origin (packing, accessories, note...). |
| 5.3 - Conformity or of quality | We commit ourselves to refund you or exchanging you the products not
corresponding to your order (defective or not in conformity). You must
formulate by email to info@aufildelalame.com
the day of the delivery or at the latest in the two wrought days according
to the delivery any complaint concerning of the articles not corresponding
to your order (error of delivery, not conformity of the products...).
On your complaints you must indicate the co-ordinates of the purchaser
and the reasons for your complaint. Any complaint formulated out of this
time could not be accepted. After study and reception of this one, we will communicate our decision by email to you. The return of the products in the event of error of product could be accepted only for the complete products, in their state of origin (packing, accessories, note...) with a copy of the purchase invoice. |
| 5.4 - Share in the expenses in Metropolitan France | For any order lower than an amount including all taxes of 300,00 €,
10 € will be invoice to you for a delivery in Metropolitan France
For any order egual or higher than an amount including all taxes of 300,00 € and lower of 700 €, 15€ will be invoice to you for a delivery in Metropolitan France For any ordering of an amount including all taxes equal or higher than 700,00 €, no expenses of delivery in Metropolitan France. |
| 5.5 - Share in the expenses | For all other destinations, an estimate will be presented for the routing of the required realization, holding account of the regulations and the customs taxes of the recipient and the address of delivery. |
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases can be carried out by transfer or cheque. In
the event of payment by transfer, we will communicate our bank account number
to you on request. In the event of payment by cheque, the setting in bank
is carried out with the sending of the goods after reception of the cheque
by mail. The expenses of sending of the cheque bound for AU FIL DE LA LAME
are the responsibility of the customer.
